Is there superstitous belief that one cannot cut their hair during this chinese new year nd ahs to wati after the 15 days is over?
As you correctly pointed out, these are indeed Chinese Superstitions and not purely Feng Shui techniques or applications. Feng Shui does not mentioned any of these.
