Dear Anon,
In my opinion, there are no perfect `EXCELLENT' house.
If one finds that overall the house is comfortable and nice, go ahead and purchase it especially if the external shapes and form is good.
If all family members feel nice with the house, chances are; it would be good/acceptable.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
