Dear Serene,
From my past experience, floor tiles even if they are fully wooden (laminate) tiles are no issue in Feng Shui. As should be related more to yin or yang concept.
So long as you are using light coloured tiles should be good enough.
But tiles especially black with white tiles for the entire house may not be auspicious (even more so if it is all black tiles). This is evident especially if the Shapes and Form Feng Shui e.g. external environment is particularly bad i.e. not good Shapes and Form. This has a pulling power to bring down the Feng Shui of the entire house.
